TexasCal Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the TexasCal (Texas Holdem AI Poker Master) iOS app, its embedded web interface and related services at kidstudio.top.

2. Information we process

To provide gameplay, accounts, subscriptions and rewarded advertising, we may process:

  • Game and usage data: hole cards, board cards, actions, results, training progress, D Coin balances, leaderboard data, settings and hand reviews.
  • Account and device identifiers: randomly generated anonymous user IDs, device type, app version and IDFV. If you sign in, we also process your Apple sign-in identifier, email or nickname.
  • Purchase and entitlement data: signed StoreKit transactions, transaction IDs, product IDs, prices, currencies, purchase and expiration dates, subscription status and cumulative spending. Apple handles payment credentials such as card numbers; we do not receive them.
  • Advertising and tracking data: only after you explicitly grant system tracking permission, Umeng U-Union may process IDFA, device and network information, ad requests and interactions, and reward verification results. Refusal does not affect basic features that do not require tracking.
  • Service and support data: daily activity times, request logs, IP addresses, errors and feedback, email addresses or WeChat IDs you submit.

3. How we use data

  • Provide core functions such as equity, outs and hand-strength analysis.
  • Synchronize accounts, D Coins, leaderboards, trial progress, purchases and subscription entitlements, and prevent duplicate rewards, fraud and abuse.
  • Show rewarded ads at your request and verify rewards; use related advertising identifiers only with tracking permission.
  • Back up and restore history, respond to feedback, troubleshoot, protect security and improve the experience.

4. Storage and retention

  • Some game state and settings are stored on your device. If you enable backups, history may be stored in your Apple iCloud/CloudKit.
  • Account, D Coin, trial, leaderboard, purchase, ad-reward and daily-activity records are stored in our cloud database to maintain cross-session state, security and transaction records.
  • We retain data only as needed to provide services, fulfill transactions and legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Necessary data may be processed by Apple (sign-in, StoreKit, iCloud), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting, networks and databases), Umeng U-Union and its advertising partners (rewarded ads), Resend (email) and web payment providers. Providers process necessary data under their own policies and our service configuration. We may also disclose necessary information when legally required or to protect users or service security.

6. Your rights

You can withdraw ad-tracking permission at any time under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and clear local data. You may request access, correction or deletion of account-linked data. Some purchase records may be retained for accounting, anti-fraud or legal obligations. Contact us through in-app Feedback or the contact details on KidStudio.

7. Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children below the legally applicable age. Minors should use the app under guardian supervision. Guardians who believe we collected a child's information in error should contact us.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy as features, providers or legal requirements change. Significant changes will be communicated here or appropriately within the app. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
